How it works for you
Your project moves through seven Photo Gates. At each gate, the crew photographs the work. Our AI system reviews the images against quality criteria. If a stage does not pass, it gets corrected before moving forward. The founder gives final OK/NG approval. You are not relying on one person's opinion. You are relying on a system.
Photo Gate Stages
Before
The existing condition is fully documented. This is your baseline — so there is no dispute about what was there before work started.
Preparation
Surface cleaning, sanding, masking, and repair work is photographed and verified. Preparation is where most shortcuts happen. Not here.
Primer
Primer application is checked for coverage, adhesion, and correct product use. This is the foundation of a lasting finish.
Coat 1
The first coat is inspected for even coverage, correct thickness, and proper drying conditions.
Coat 2
The second coat is verified against the same criteria. Consistency between coats is checked.
Finish
The completed work is inspected as a whole — edges, coverage, colour consistency, and final appearance.
Handover
All evidence is compiled into your Evidence Pack and delivered alongside the finished project.
